Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Sohoj Post (sohojpost.com), a service run from Sylhet, Bangladesh. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the team members you invite.
• You must have the right to manage every Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect.

2. Free trial

New businesses get a 7-day free trial with up to 300 automatic replies and 20 posts and captions. No payment is needed for the trial. When it ends, automatic features pause until you choose a plan.

3. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown in taka on the Pricing page. A plan is paid in advance for one month or one year, with bKash, Rocket or CellFin.
• Plans do not renew or charge you by themselves. After you pay, we check the payment and switch the plan on.
• If a paid period ends and you have not paid again, your plan keeps working for 3 more days; then automatic features pause. Your data is not deleted because a plan ended.
• Each plan has a monthly allowance of automatic replies and posts. "Unlimited" posts are subject to fair use, up to 600 a month. When an allowance is used up, the matching automatic feature pauses until the next month or an upgrade.
• We may change prices for future periods; a period you already paid for keeps its price.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. AI and automatic replies

• Posts, captions and replies can be written by an AI model. AI can make mistakes. You can review posts before they go out, switch automatic replies off at any time, and answer customers yourself.
• You are responsible for the business information you give the AI (prices, stock, delivery) and for the posts and replies you allow.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Sohoj Post for spam, scams, misleading offers, harassment, or anything illegal in Bangladesh, or to message people who did not contact your business first. You must also follow the rules of Facebook and Instagram, including their messaging rules.

6. The service

We work to keep Sohoj Post running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Facebook, Instagram and other platforms can change or limit their features at any time, and some features may stop working as a result. WhatsApp and TikTok support is planned and is not yet available.

7. Suspending or closing an account

• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
• You can stop using Sohoj Post at any time. To delete your account and data, follow the Data deletion steps.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, Sohoj Post is not responsible for lost sales, lost data or other indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Important changes will be announced on this page before they apply.
