Refund Policy

Sohoj Post is a monthly or yearly plan, paid in advance in taka with bKash, Rocket or CellFin. This page explains when you get your money back.

Try before you pay

Every new business gets a 7-day free trial (up to 300 automatic replies). No payment is needed to try Sohoj Post, so please use the trial to decide if it fits your shop.

When we refund in full

• You paid twice for the same plan and period by mistake.
• You paid more than the plan price (we refund the extra amount).
• Money left your account but your plan was not switched on within 2 working days and we could not fix it.

When we don't refund

• A month that has already started, or unused days of a running month or year.
• Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service (for example spam or scams).
• Problems caused by Facebook or Instagram changing or limiting their own services.

Stopping your plan

Plans don't renew or charge you by themselves: you pay for each month or year. To stop, simply don't pay again. Your plan keeps working until the paid period ends, plus 3 extra days; then automatic features pause. Your account and data stay, so you can continue later. To delete everything, follow the Data deletion steps.

How to ask for a refund

Email kausarcontact@gmail.com or message us from the Contact page with your business name, the payment method, the number you paid from and the transaction ID (TrxID). We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the same bKash, Rocket or CellFin number within 7 working days.
